You reveal the path of life to me; in your presence is abundant joy; at your right hand are eternal pleasures. Psalm 16:11
Hi Friends,
It has been several months since I have posted on my blog. It seems we have been really busy and Bob had gallbladder surgery last month. While he has been recovering, I have been doing a lot in my garden. Beyond my garden gate are blooms galore. I have also set a small table ready for tea. I hope you will join me.
My table is set close to my garden. The flowers make for a natural centerpiece. I did cut a few loose blooms that I plan to arrange later.
The sedum are now this beautiful pink.
The garden includes many colorful plants well suited to the soil and the warm Southern climate such as morning sun loving limelight hydrangeas.
A few blooms as you enter my garden gate……beautiful dahlias. I have preserved the tubers for four years and they are still magnificent.
The garden is luminous in the early morning and just before sunset especial[y when blooms are at their peak through midsummer. The combination of fading light and brilliant color is something extraordinary.
Few joys compare with the gifts from the garden.
Thank you for your visit.
Dianne
Dianne, your garden is beautiful and your table, as well! The sedum is so pretty, I have Autumn Joy sedum in my garden. Your dahlias are stunning. I always enjoy a visit to your garden and I love the photo of you, so lovely my friend.
I am glad that Bob is recuperating and I know you have taken good care of him!
Thank you so much for sharing your garden and your talents! Both are stunning! You have filled my heart.
