I like gardening – it is a place where I find myself when I need to lose myself.
Hi friends,
My summer garden has been beautiful. The roses have bloomed again, the dahlias are breathtaking, the sunflowers are blooming, the butterflies and the hummingbirds love the lantana, and I am just in garden heaven.
Second blooming cycle for this beautiful David Austin rose.
I love it when nature just seems to speak. Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.
The butterfly has become the metaphor for transformation and hope.
I love being in my garden. I find lots of beauty there.
When the lantana blooms, the butterflies find them.
“Won’t you come into the garden? I would like my roses to see you.” Richard B. Sheridan
My dahlias have such happy faces. Each of these faces is about 12 inches.
The cardinals must love my garden. They are here every day.
Thank you for taking this stroll with me.
Dianne
