Glimpsing Glory

Sometimes we get a glimpse of the Almighty as we open our eyes and heart to the messages all around us. He speaks to us in every sunrise, every sunset, every turning leaf.

Hi Friends,

As summer is replaced by shades of crimson, amber, and gold, I take a walk in my garden to view scenes unfurling everywhere.  Witnessing the leaves in their yearly transformation remains exhilarating to me.  Even in my garden, there is change everywhere.

I have a plant that looks like squash or pumpkin  that I did not plant.  Sometimes the birds leave me beautiful surprises.

It has a bloom so I suppose I will Know soon.

The hydrangea has taken on its fall finery.  In early summer it was a magnificent blue.

The rabbit has found a beautiful pot of kale.

My sedum are definitely dressed in their beautiful mauve color.  They have gone from green, light pink, dark pink and now their fall dress.

Roses and hydrangeas still bloom and bring JOY.

Dora gave me this greenery for my boxes.  They are not bothered by the freezing temps so I will have these year round.  Added a ghost pumpkin.

My swing looks inviting.  I am indeed thankful for all of life’s blessings.

I moved the arrangement that I did for my last blog to the wagon.

A glimpse of glory in this beautiful unfurling season.  I appreciate your comments so much.   Dianne

  1. Autumn has definitely come to your lovely garden. I just love the hues that the hydrangeas and Autumn joy sedum take on. I would so enjoy sitting in that swing and having a cup of coffee with you. Wishing you a joy-filled Monday, my friend!
