“Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with Joyful songs.” Psalm 100:2
I am so glad that several years I started a blog as a tribute to Mother. Designing pretty tables, photographing God’s amazing Creation and sometimes sharing a story has helped sustain me during this very unusual time. I went to the market today and found some pretties on sale. The summer season has arrived.
Before I arranged them, I just placed them on this pretty tray, The red rose is a symbol of love.
I decided to do a little vignette and maybe do a table later. Blue and white is a personal favorite and I often go to it. Blue and white goes with almost every color. “Tea Time”
I got the most beautiful strawberries. They look pretty in Mother’s little crystal bowl.
This vase is something I treasure. As a child, I loved this precious vase.
These “willow tree” dishes belonged to Mother. Graced her table for our many gatherings. Blue and white cows are salt and pepper shakers. We had lots of cows on the farm.
I think we can confidently say summer is here. It has been very hot here and it is time for watermelons. This sweet towel was a gift from a friend.
A butter dish also!
Lord, help me to find my riches in a life fully devoted to You.
