Dear God:
You have sent my brother, Gordon and me on a mission that is sad and difficult but You have equipped us with Your Love and the most devoted spouses that You could have ever sent our way. We praise You for that Holy God. We have lost a special relative and his passing has come totally unexpected. We have lots of decisions to make. On Wednesday of this week we would travel lots of places including the cemetery. On this trip, Lord, I could see you in every blade of grass, on every mountaintop, in every blooming flower and in every decision we would make.
View from the cemetery.
Our attorney’s office.
Leaving our attorney….
The road to the cemetery…..unbelievable beauty!
Lord, You know how I love old barns.
An old house with a beautiful pasture and Texas longhorns.
And I do mean some horns.
Same little road way out in the country.
On the way back I ask Bob to stop and let me get a few pictures of the beautiful French Broad River.
Peaceful and serene even though it is very high.
The mountains all around us that speak of Your Majesty!
And your Power and Compassion...
This beautiful place was surrounded by green grass as far as the eye could see…..my thoughts turn to renewal and rebirth.
Holy One, Thank You for being with us and surrounding us with Your Love today. Unexpected Joy on this day.
Dianne, my sister, what beautiful pictures!! You mean a lot to me. I love you very much, Gordon
Thank you Gordon. I will never feel alone on this earth as long as I have you. I love you more than words can say. I thank God for a brother like you.
