“This will be a sign to you. You will find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.” Luke 2:12
Dear friends,
May Love and Joy come to you this Christmas! I have so many yuletide traditions and I rarely change my decorations. There is a lot of love associated with many of my ornaments especially those made by a child’s hand. My Mother made Christmas so special…memories that are so precious and I relive them every year in my memory. Draw near to those you love and treasure the times you share.
I always use live wreaths for every window on the front of my house. I embellish my door a bit more to welcome my guests.
Fireplace finished but stockings not hung.
This doll is more than forty years old.
In the afternoons, Bob and I enjoy our coffee in Christmas mugs and a cookie on the side. Why not set it up special!
And the children need a little treat from time to time!
A handmade Santa from a friend..at least 40 years old and an antique sleigh.
I try to keep my design and colors harmonious throughout my home as it is a very open design and I “try” to make it flow. There is a lot more to come but wanted to check in. I will return to decking the halls! May love and joy fill your life this Christmas season.
Dianne,
All of this talent is just “above and beyond” ………would be more than I could decide upon to say which is my favorite pic, but I really love your welcoming door! Anxiously awaiting your “ lots more” to come.
Dianne, what a beautiful welcome on your front door, truly stunning! I love the doll with the candle and the gorgeous tartan dress. The red church is truly lovely. I will be anxiously awaiting more❤️
