Vicki Sawyer Inspiration

The temperatures have fallen and the leaves are beginning to turn.  I am gathering pumpkins for my fall decorating.

When I first began to see Vicki Sawyer’s artwork, I was just spellbound.   As part of my birthday,  Bob ordered these sweet salad plates for me.

I have used lots of layers…including rattan placemats, my white charter plates, green dinner plates topped with the sweet Vicki Sawyer plates.  This makes for a whimzical table. Bone china called  Wild and Wooly by Vicki Sawyer.

The duck has onions growing from his head….makes a very cute hat for him.

The birds with their colorful hats are quite the striking pair.

The sheep is quite handsome with wild flowers making up his headdress.

What a fun table to enjoy this time of year.  Vicki Sawyer is quite the genius.  She sure gave me lots of inspiration for a fun table.
