Love is patient and kind; love is kind and envies no one…There is nothing love cannot face, there is no limit to its faith, its hope, and its endurance. -1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Hi beloved friends,
Love really cannot be expressed in words. But after saying that, I am going to quote some of my favorite writers. I have set a beautiful table for two. The love seat belonged to my Mother and it has a very special place in my home. The flowers are from Trader Joe’s and I have arranged them in this vase that I like so much.
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen nor even touched, but just felt in the heart.” Helen Keller
“A thing of beauty is a joy forever; its loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness.” John Keats
“The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread.” Mother Teresa
“Use me God. Show me how to take who I am, who I want to be, and what I can do, and use it for a purpose greater than myself,” The Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr.
“You know you are in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” -Dr. Seuss
“Love lost is still love. It takes a different form, that’s all. You can’t see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when these senses weaken another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it.” -Mitch Albom
“Love is like the wind, you can’t see it but you can feel it.” – Nichols Sparks, A Walk to Remember
Oh, the joy of putting flowers in a pretty vase.
“Any man that can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves.” – Albert Einstein
“Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind, And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind.” -William Shakespeare
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38 and 39
